
Shawarma spice is a Middle Eastern spice made of cumin, turmeric, coriander, ginger, and other warm spices. This spice works well with meats, vegetables, tofu, and scrambles. I especially like it on cauliflower. Its warm, smoky flavor will enhance your food.

Ingredients:
1 – tsp. ground coriander
2 – tsp. ground turmeric
2 – tsp. smoked paprika
2 – tbls. ground cumin
1/2 – tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 – tsp. cardamon
1/2 – tsp. ground ginger
1/4 – tsp. cayenne pepper
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl and stir to combine completely. Store in a jar at room temperature.
